QUARTER 4 REFLECTION

As we approach the end of our fourth quarter in ICT, we have had the opportunity to learn about several key concepts and skills related to networking and network infrastructure. In this reflection, I will discuss some of the key takeaways from this quarter, including tools and materials needed for ethernet cable fabrication, the types of ethernet cable, and site mapping.

One of the key areas of focus in this quarter has been on the fabrication of ethernet cable.

This involves understanding the tools and materials needed for cable fabrication, including cable connectors, cables, and tools for cutting, crimping, and testing the cables. It is important to understand the different types of connectors and cables, as well as the proper procedure for cable fabrication, in order to ensure that the final product is of high quality and meets the required specifications.

Another important topic that we have covered in this quarter is the different types of ethernet cable. There are several types of ethernet cable, each with its own specific purpose, performance characteristics, and compatibility with different network standards. It is important to understand the differences between these types of cables in order to select the most appropriate cable for a particular network installation.

Finally, site mapping is an important aspect of network infrastructure planning, particularly in large-scale deployments. It involves mapping out the physical layout of a site, including the location of network components such as switches, routers, and servers, as well as the location of network drops for individual workstations. By creating a detailed site map, network administrators can ensure that the network is properly designed, installed, and maintained, and that any issues can be quickly and effectively identified and resolved.

Overall, this quarter has been an important one for us as we continue to expand our knowledge and skills in the field of ICT. As we move forward, we will continue to build upon the concepts and skills that we have learned, and we will continue to challenge ourselves to reach our full potential.

MY FUTURE! MYSELF

As a high school student who is dreaming of becoming a medical technician, I am currently exploring different career options that I could pursue after graduation. Although becoming a med tech has always been my ultimate goal, I am aware of the many challenges that come with this career path, including the stressful working environment, long hours, and the need for continuous training and education.

As I am trying to make an informed decision about my future, I have been researching different career paths that could potentially offer a good work-life balance and stable income. I have found that there are several other career options that could be a good fit for me, such as nursing, pharmacy, and radiography.

While I am still drawn to the idea of becoming a med tech because of the satisfaction of helping others and the endless opportunities for growth in this field, I know that it is important for me to consider all of my options carefully before making a final decision. I am currently researching different programs, internships, and job opportunities in order to gain a better understanding of the different career paths available to me.

As I continue to explore my options, I am also working on developing the necessary skills and knowledge that will help me succeed in whichever career path I choose to pursue. This includes studying hard in school, taking on extracurricular activities, and gaining valuable work experience through internships and part-time jobs.

While making a decision about my future is an exciting prospect, it is also a bit overwhelming. However, I am determined to make a well-informed decision that will allow me to pursue my dreams while also ensuring a stable and fulfilling career.

Changes, It Starts With Me

Changing the world is a noble and admirable goal. But where do you start when you want to make a difference? And how do you keep your passion and motivation alive when faced with the challenges and obstacles that come with change?

As someone who has been actively working to make a positive impact, there are a few tips I have learned that can help you get started.

Find your passion: The first step is to identify a cause or issue that you are deeply passionate about. This could be related to environmental conservation, social justice, or any other issue that you believe in. Once you have found your cause, you will be more motivated and driven to make a difference.

Set specific goals: It's important to set specific and measurable goals. This will help you stay focused and on track. For example, if your goal is to eliminate plastic pollution in your community, you might set a goal to remove 100 pounds of plastic from the local beach every month.

Educate yourself: It's important to educate yourself about the issue you are trying to address. This includes doing research, reading books and articles, and engaging in conversations with experts and activists in the field. This will help you gain a deeper understanding of the problem and potential solutions.

Get involved with local organizations: Don't try to take on the world alone. There are many local organizations and groups that are working to make a positive impact in their communities. Get involved with one of these organizations and work together to make change happen.

Celebrate your successes: Change does not happen overnight. It takes time, effort, and patience. It's important to celebrate your successes along the way, no matter how small they may be. This will help you stay motivated and inspired to keep going.

Remember, changing the world is not something that is done alone. It takes a collective effort from individuals across the world to make a difference. So don't be afraid to start small and take action in any way you can. Every action counts and contributes to making the world a better place.

mothers day

Mother's Day is a special occasion recognized in many countries around the world to celebrate mothers and mothers' contributions to society. In the Philippines, Mother's Day is celebrated on the second Sunday of May, and the tradition of honoring mothers can be traced back to Roman times.

In Filipino traditional ways, Mother's Day is a time of gratitude and appreciation for mothers' selflessness, hard work, and love. To celebrate this day, children usually give gifts to their mothers, often handmade or purchased from local stores. Gifts commonly include flowers, chocolates, jewelry, and other personal items.

In addition to gift-giving, Mother's Day is also a time for families to spend quality time together. Families often gather for lunch or dinner at home or at a restaurant. Traditional Filipino dishes such as adobo, lumpia, and pancit are often served as a way of expressing gratitude and showing appreciation for mothers' hard work in nurturing the family.

The celebration of Mother's Day in the Philippines is a reminder of the important role that mothers play in society. It is a day to honor and appreciate the sacrifices that mothers make for their families, and to show them how much they are loved and cherished. In this time of social isolation and physical distancing, it is more important than ever to express gratitude and appreciation towards the mothers in our lives.

"ARAW NG KAGITINGAN"

The Day of Valor is a day to remember and pay tribute to all those who have served and sacrificed for the country. What better way to honor these brave men and women than by celebrating their courage and heroism? The Day of Valor, also known as Veterans Day, is a day to honor all those who have served in the armed forces. It is a day to recognize the sacrifices they have made and the contributions they have made to our country. Without their dedication and service, we would not have the freedoms and privileges we have today. The Day of Valor is a holiday that reminds us all of the debt of gratitude we owe to those who fought and died for our country.

It is also a day to remember those who are currently serving and to express our support and gratitude for their service. The celebrations and ceremonies that take place on this day serve to remind us of the important role our armed forces play in protecting our country and our way of life. It is a time to reflect on the great accomplishments that have been made by our military and to honor those who have served in the past and are currently serving. The Day of Valor is a day to celebrate the bravery and sacrifices made by the men and women who have served in the military. It is a day to honor their courage and dedication and show our appreciation for their service. The Day of Valor serves as a reminder that our freedom and security cannot be taken for granted, and that it is only through the sacrifice of our soldiers that we can maintain our way of life.

It is a day to show our support and gratitude to all the brave men and women who have served in the military, both in the past and present. It is a day to remember the sacrifices they have made and to honor their service. The Day of Valor is a time to honor and celebrate the bravery and service of all those who have served and sacrificed for our country. We have a lot to be thankful for and it is important to remember and honor the contribution our armed forces have made to our country. This holiday provides an opportunity for Americans to show their support and appreciation for the brave men and women who are currently serving in the military. This can be done through community service projects, fundraisers, letter-writing campaigns, or simply by showing our gratitude and offering a thank you to a service member we come across. The Day of Valor is a time to thank our service members for their sacrifice, to offer support and encouragement, and to remind them that they are not alone in their service to our country.

Veterans Day is also a day to remember the sacrifices of our veterans. While this holiday is a time to celebrate the service and sacrifice of those who are currently serving, it is also a day to honor and remember those who have served in the past. The Day of Valor is a time to reflect on the service and sacrifice of our veterans, to honor their bravery and courage, and to recognize the contributions they have made to our country. It is also a time to support our veterans and ensure that they are receiving the benefits and services they deserve.

REFLECTION

As we complete the HTML Lesson Quarter 3 in ICT 10, I cannot help but reflect on the importance of understanding advanced HTML features such as frameset, tables, ordered, and unordered lists. These features provided us with a solid foundation in web development and helped us develop our technical skills and understanding of how to structure web pages.

One of the key takeaways from this lesson was the importance of knowing how to use HTML elements to create structured and organized web pages. Tables and frameset are two of the core elements that were widely used in the early days of web development. While their usage has decreased over time due to the advent of more advanced technologies, their use cases and impact on the web development should not be overlooked. The use of tables for data visualization is still widely used in the web development industry.

Learning about HTML lists, both ordered and unordered, provided us with a foundational understanding of how to organize content and present it in a structured manner. The use of unordered lists, also known as bullet points, is one of the most common ways of presenting content in a list format. ordered lists, also known as numbered lists, are another way of presenting content in a list format, but with numbered items. Learning these concepts is important as they help us create clean and easy-to-read web pages.

Overall, I feel grateful for the opportunity to have learned about these advanced HTML features, and I believe that they have provided me with the foundation and skills to dive deeper into web development. I look forward to exploring more advanced concepts and continuing my journey in web development.

ISNHS IS MY SCHOOL

Disclaimer: This is only my perspective on how the ISNHS was founded, and also my perspective as a documenter.

(honestly speaking, I was shaking when I was taking this 1st picture TwT)

Ilocos Sur National High School have been my school since I’ve graduated from elementary. From what I know so far about this school is that this school is founded in 1902 and it was called Vigan Normal School back then. In 1902, the population of this school is 13, with only 10 males and 3 females. By that time the school separated the classes between male and female, because of the strictness of the school. Co-education was introduced when the student attendance dwindled. No requirements were obligatory upon those who wished-for to enroll before a system grading classifications was introduced in 1904.

In the course of time, an expanding enrollment spurred the development of a new building, which today houses the Dońa Gregoria Rivera Memorial Library. The first public high school in Ilocos Sur, the Vigan High School, was situated in the structure, which was completed and opened on February 22, 1905. But in 1908, it took six years to start a second year class.

In 1912, twelve students went on to become the school's first graduates.

 (my classmates and adviser <3)

More space was required because of the ongoing population growth. Eight hectares of property on Vigan's western edge were purchased by the provincial government in the late 1920s. The structure that is currently Burgos East Elementary School was used as an annex for high school students until the early 1960s, when the school finally acquired a permanent home here. In 1932, the name Vigan High School was changed to Ilocos Sur High School.

The school area was expanded in 1953 as a result of the purchase of an extra property. A brand-new building known as the National Heroes Memorial Building was erected in 1958. This was made possible by the pork barrel of the esteemed former congressman Floro Crisologo, who was a graduate of the institution.

The Ilocos Sur National High School is the current name of the institution. RA 3974, written in 1964 by the late Congressman Floro Crisologo, elevated the school to a national institution. On January 17, 1967, while Mr. Macario Festejo was the principal, the Congressman received a plaque in appreciation of his efforts to his Alma mater.

guy: Ate papitik kami

me: full storage nakon XD. (since good mood ako pinicturan ko sila, haha)

(smile guys HAHAHA)

From the school's founding for around 25 years, it has received tax funding. The Schurman Commission, the first commission in Philippine history, suggested free education at that time. When the Japanese invaded the Philippines at the start of World War II in 1941 and subsequently took control of Ilocos Sur on December 10, the school was placed on suspension. These were abandoned in December 1942, but they were restarted in June 1943. In addition to being promoted to the following year, students in lower grades were also released from their need to make up the three months of study they had lost due to the conflict. In 1946, the first class of post-war high school graduates took their diplomas.
